Recently, I had the opportunity to renovate the same property for the second time. Unfortunately, heavy rains had caused flooding, resulting in damage to the high wall above the stairs, the ceiling, one bedroom, and the living room parquet floor. The flat appeared tired and worn, but fortunately, the owners were covered by insurance, allowing me to undertake the restoration process.
Preserving the integrity of the delicate floor, composed of thin planks that I had previously sanded, was of utmost importance. Additionally, I meticulously sanded and treated the wooden window frames to ensure their longevity. Addressing the nearly 6-meter water-damaged ceiling posed a significant challenge, but through careful attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship, I successfully repaired it.
Now, the flat has been restored to its original glory and radiates beauty once again.
