In this project, I faced a unique challenge: installing engineered wooden flooring that seamlessly matched and leveled with the existing floor in the living room. Finding the perfect color and thickness of the underlayer proved to be a meticulous task, but the effort paid off as it transformed the flat, creating a unified and harmonious flooring throughout.
Additionally, I undertook several other enhancements to elevate the space further. This included painting the walls, meticulously measuring and installing blinds, adding designer lights for a touch of elegance, and applying privacy films to windows exposed to public view.
This stunning two-bedroom flat exudes a real modernistic vibe, setting it apart from other buildings on the estate. The open-plan entrance, adorned with lush plants, evokes a reminiscent feel of Spanish properties. It’s truly a gem nestled in the heart of London, offering a unique blend of style and functionality.
